Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods : Bank TransferPayNow and Credit Card. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD).

My Order

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://bdazzledbynorsiahborhan.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at bdazzledgroup@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I cancel my order?

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at bdazzledgroup@gmail.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you!

Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been fulfilled.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via bdazzledgroup@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. However, you will be responsible for the return delivery/shipping fee charged to BDAZZLED BY NORSIAH BORHAN. This amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at bdazzledgroup@gmail.com before your order is shipped.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days do not count as holidays and or weekends. All packages are delivered/shipped through QExpress Delivery.

If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact Support Team to verify your email address.

BDAZZLED BY NORSIAH BORHAN ships through standard delivery with QExpress Delivery. This can take anywhere from 1-2 business days for Singapore and from 10-30 working days for International Shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected. 

Neither BDAZZLED BY NORSIAH BORHAN and QExpress Delivery are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly. 

BDAZZLED BY NORSIAH BORHAN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Shipping options will be shown at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost:

  • Orders below SGD$140 will be charges $5 for every order.
  • Orders over SGD$140 will qualify for free shipping in SINGAPORE only.
  • Orders outside of Singapore will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country.

Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Keep in mind that orders shipped with Standard Delivery will have a tracking number and have a 1-2 business days transit time (for Singapore Delivery) and 10-30 business days transit time (for International Delivery).

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packed on a weekend, it will be updated the next available business day!

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

For Returns

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, we sincerely apologize that we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

For Exchange

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.

We do accept exchanges within 3 calendar days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged item. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all delivery/shipping costs related to the return (including delivering/shipping the product back and delivering/shipping out the new product).

How do I return or exchange an item?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For exchanges, please email bdazzledgroup@gmail.com with the subject ‘Exchange’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the exchange.

  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when shipping goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchange items.
  • When item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via bdazzledgroup@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

However, you will be responsible for the return delivery/shipping fee charged to BDAZZLED BY NORSIAH BORHAN. This amount is dependent on your country.
