Instock items will be process in 2 working days and mailed out within 1-3 working days after your payment has been made. May take up to 5 working days during SPECIAL SALE EVENT.

Preorder items will be notified separately on waiting time. If there is any out of stock item in your order, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp Number provided. You may then choose to change the product or request for refund. Please note that processing time take 1 - 3 working days and delivery time may take 7 - 14 working days. We use QExpress Delivery to deliver your parcels. Courier will pick up parcels on the next working day upon receive email confirmation from us informing you of the tracking number and they will deliver within 1 - 2 working days.
