DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are collected by our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected. B DAZZLED BY NORSIAH BORHAN are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by QExpress/Janio/FedEx Delivery
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by QExpress/Janio/FedEx service

SINGAPORE ORDERS

B DAZZLED BY NORSIAH BORHAN use J&T/QExpress Delivery to delivery your order through standard delivery. This can take anywhere between 2-3 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends). INTERNATIONAL ORDERS B DAZZLED BY NORSIAH BORHAN use QExpress/Janio/FedEx Delivery to ship your order. This can take anywhere between 5-30 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your country and custom clearance.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Items are shipped after processing (2-3 business days) using J&T/QExpress/Janio/FedEx Delivery. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. 

DAMAGES

Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair / one to one exchange. Please contact us at bdazzledgroup@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, we sincerely apologize that we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

ONE TO ONE EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 3 calendar days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged item. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all delivery/shipping costs related to the return (including delivering/shipping the product back and delivering/shipping out the new product).
